Your email address

Posted on Friday, January 30th, 2009 in News

Every day, we have signup emails rejected for various reasons - mostly because our mail server’s IP address has been “blocked for abuse”.

Please note that we do not send any form of SPAM and we do not have the time to chase up every spam-list to clear the IP address. With most of them, it takes just one complaint to get an entire IP block listed - and it can take days to get it unlisted.

If you have signed up with us and have not received your confirmation email then please consider getting a GMail email address and repeating the signup. We do not have problems with Gmail and you will enjoy a better experience with Birthday Bonus Club by using it.

Whilst on the subject of emails, while we appreciate that you are protecting your own security by using an intermediary service like Boxbe, we simply do not have the time to visit their website and decypher a captcha image to become accepted. If you are using such a service, please set up birthdaybonusclub.com as a “friend” before signing up.

As we grow, we hope to reduce our dependency on traditional email and rely more heavily on an internal messaging service.

Any transition serious enough to alter your definition of self will require not just small adjustments in your way of living and thinking but a full-on metamorphosis.
