Terms

Our Terms of Service are very simple, but we request that you read and understand them before agreeing to register with Birthday Bonus Club

  1. Birthday Bonus Club is a product of E.A.Systems (Pty) Limited [the Company] which is a proprietary company registered in the Republic of South Africa
  2. In registering as a Member [the Member] you accept that you do so entirely at your own risk.
  3. Membership is available to any person who is at least 18 years of age and is of the legal age for the conclusion of verbal contractual obligations in his or her place of residence.
  4. The Member acknowledges that no monies shall ever be paid to him/her by the Company but only by other Members.
  5. The Member agrees to pay an amount of not less than US$2.00 and not more than US$5.00 when requested to do so with the provisos that
    1. The Member may opt to “pass” on a payment to a maximum of three times in any one calendar year
    2. The Member may opt to pay more or less than the requested amount.
  6. The Member accepts that Birthday Requests sent on his/her behalf will be dependent on his/her Personal Rating and that he/she understands the way in which the Personal Rating is calculated.
  7. The Member accepts that the only means of payment and receipt of payments will be through AlertPay and agrees to become a member of that service before his/her birthday date.
  8. The Member accepts that no Birthday Request will ever be sent on his/her behalf before he/she has a Personal Network of a minimum of three people.
  9. The Member accepts that the Company will not become party in any dispute between The Member and any other member.
